Subject	recomended time for replacement of shocks and or springs

Message	I have just purchased a 1996 300zx non turbo, very nice car with 112000, I wonder if the shocks and springs are due for replacement. The car rides nice but i dont know the life time of those parts. What are the recomendations if I need to change them Thanks
